订 货 指 南
1、
订购电流互感器时，请提供产品名称、型号、额定电流比、准确级或准确级组合（保护级除准确级外，还应提供其准确限值系数），各相应准确级的额定输出（以伏安表示或以欧姆表示），额定（1秒）短时热电流或指定秒数（2秒～4秒）的短时热电流、额定动稳定电流等。
如：电流互感器LZZBJ9-10C2型 600/5A，0.5/5P10，15/20VA
额定短时热电流Ith=31.5kA，额定动稳定电流Idyn=80kA。
2、订购电压互感器时，请提供产品名称、型号、额定电压比、准确级或准确级组合及其相应的额定输出。
如电压互感器JDZX10－10型 、100/3V 0.5/6P
30/50VA。
3、订购干式变压器时，请提供产品名称、型号、额定电压比、额定容量、联结组别和阻抗电压。
如干式变压器SC8-50/10（Ⅰ）型 10000±5%/400V，50kVA，Yyn0，4%。
4、订购串联电抗器，请提供产品名称、型号、额定容量、系统额定电压、电抗率等。
如串联电抗器，CKSC-20/10型，额定容量20kVar，系统额定电压10kV，电抗率6%。
5、订购隔离开关或接地开关时，请提供产品名称、型号、额定电压、额定电流、4秒热稳定电流、接地开关关合电流、相间中心距、操作侧及是否需配机构等，如需配带电显示装置，请指明显示盒的规格。
如隔离开关GN30-12QD/3150-40型 12kV 3150A 4秒热稳定电流
40kA 275mm，左边操作，不带机构。接地开关JN11-40.5Q/31.5型
40.5kV 4秒热稳定电流 31.5kA
关合短路电流 80kA 360mm，右边操作，不带机构，配提示型小盒显示器。
6、订购过电压吸收器时，请提供产品型号、额定电压、额定电容量、电阻值、安装形式等。
如过电压吸收器XZD1-12Q（Ⅱ）-0.1/100型12kV
0.1μF 100Ω 卧式。
7、订购手车时，请提供下列参数的全部或一部分（略去不需要部分）：产品名称、型号规格、柜体宽度、额定电流、4秒热稳定电流、产品安装方式（中置、下置）、静触头闭合圆直径、二次航空插头座型号、SC8、SC9辅助开关配置、电磁锁、产品内部电气接线图、高压熔断器额定电流、电流互感器型号、电流互感器额定电流比、准确级组合、电压互感器型号、电压互感器额定电压比、准确级组合等。
8、订购触头盒、套管、绝缘子等绝缘件时，请提供产品名称、型号、额定电压、额定电流、套管的母线孔尺寸等。
如触头盒CH13-10Q型 10kV 1250A；套管CMJ5-10QT母线孔尺寸82×21。
9、订货时，请注意设备的使用条件（产品技术参数编制说明中的第2点），当使用地点的温度和海拔高度与2.1和2.2所列有不同时，一定要注明使用地点的实际最低温度和海拔高度。以便按要求进行生产和供货。
10、订货时，请写明产品名称、详细型号规格（按上述1-9点的要求）和特殊要求（如无特殊要求，从略）、订货数量、要求交货时间、订货单位名称及联系人地址、电话、发货到站及收货人、银行帐号及纳税号等。
Notes for ordering
1、While ordering for current
transformer, PLE submit the following: name and
type for product, rated current ratio. accuracy
class or accuracy classes combination.(for
protective class, besides accuracy class, the
accuracy limit factor has also to be submitted),
rated output for each accuracy class
correspondently(in VA or Ω), rated short-time (1
sec.) thermal current or 2～4 sec. short-time
thermal current, rated dynamic current etc．
For example: Current transformer, type LZZBJ9-10C2
600A/5A，0.5/5P10，15/20VA Ith=31.5kA，Idyn=80kA．
2、 While ordering for voltage transformer, PLE
submit the following: name and type for product,
rated voltage ratio, accuracy class or accuracy
classes combination and rated output
correspondently．
For example, voltage transformer, type JDZX10-10
、100/3V 0.5/6P 30/50VA.
3、While ordering for dry-type transformer, PLE
submit the following: name and type for product,
rated voltage ratio, rated capacity, connection
group and impedance voltage．
For example: dry-type transformer, SC8-50/10（Ⅰ）
10000±5%V/400V, 50kVA, Yyn0, 4%．
4、While ordering for series reactor, PLE summit
the following: name and type for product, rated
capacity, power system rated voltage, reactance
percentage etc．
For example: Series reactor, CKSC-20/10, 20kVar,
10kV, 6%.
5、While ordering for disconnecting switch and
earthing switch, PLE submit the following: name
and type for product, rated voltage, rated
current, 4 sec thermal current, closed current for
earthing switch, distance between poles centers,
operating at which side L or R, whether operating
mechanism needed or not．If voltage indicator
needed, submit the specification of indicator.
Fox example: disconnecting switch type
GN30-12QD/3150-40, 12kV, 3150A, 40kA, 275mm,
operating at left, no mechanism needed．Earthing
switch JN11-40.5Q/31.5, 40.5kV 31.5kA closed
short-circuit current 80kA 360mm, operating at
Right, no mechanism needed, small box,
reminding-type indicator needed.
6、While ordering for over voltage absorber, PLE
submit the following: name and type for products,
rated voltage, rated capacity for capacitor,
resistance, type for installation．
For example: over voltage absorber, type
XZD1-12Q(Ⅱ)-0.1/100, 12kV 0.1μF 100Ω
horizontal installation.
7、While ordering for trucks, PLE submit the
whole or a part (omit the part unnecessary ) of
the following data: name, type and specification,
width of switchgear, rated current , thermal
current for 4s. type of installation (mid-set,
bottom-set), diameter of static contact, type of
secondary plug & socket, SC8, SC9 auxiliary
switches needed, electromagnetic lock, electric
schematic diagram, rated current of HV fuse, type
of CT, rated current ratio of CT.. combination of
accuracy classes, type of VT, rated voltage ratio
of VT, combination of accuracy classes etc.
8、While ordering for contact cover, bushing,
insulator and other insulation articles, PLE
submit the following: name of product, type, rated
voltage, rated current, busbar hole dimension for
bushing．
For example: contact cover, type CH13-10Q 10kV
1250A；bushing, type CMJ5-10QT 10kV busbar hole
82×21．
9、While ordering, please take good care of
service conditions for equipment (point 2 in the
"explanation for technical data of
products" on other pages). If the ambient air
temperature and altitude above sea-level are
different from point2.1 and 2.2, be sure to
declare clearly the practical minimum temperature
and max altitude. So the factory will produce and
deliver products according to requirements from
customers．
10、While ordering, please submit the following:
name for products, type and specifications in
detail,(according above requirements 1～9 and
specia1 requirement (omit if there is no special
requirement), quantity, delivery date demanded,
name of ordering Co. or unit and delegate,
address, phone NO., place for receiving and
receiver, bank and account NO., taxation NO. etc．
